Christmas nail fail. Last day of... (COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS) Post 8.

I was trying to be festive,

Last night, I thought it would be a great idea to do something different with my nail polish; but instead of a colour, I decided to use glitter. At first it was so cute! I had red on one hand and green on the other. All was great with the world of creative nail art...until bedtime.

 The glitter was seriously scratching and cutting up my skin! How do I know? I woke with horribly scratched skin and my cuticle looked all cut up and dry bloody. So this morning I started peeling and chipping off the glitter on fingers; it was painful.

 So the moral of the story here is; Kid's don't use glitter that's used for crafts as a new way to be creative with your nails. It's painful.




 Today is the last day of Countdown to Christmas! I had so much fun posting everyday, reading your  comments, and getting ideas from other Google + bloggers!

 I'm going to have to postpone the skin/hair care hauls for next week. frankly I just don't have enough time to this week. I'm going to take some different pictures today because I didn't like the ones I had originally taken.

Don't quote me, but I might start doing OOTD and OOOTN Pictures!  We'll see...

Brownies VS. Rice Crispy Treats (COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS.) Post 8.

FUN POST TIME!

I've been trying to think of a really good treat that I can have at my house for the holidays. I know I'm getting read to bring home a huge bowl of banana Pudding but I want to make something. SOOOOO, I'm in between Brownies or Rice Crispy Treats!


 Brownies because; chocolate. Just Chocolate. There's really no need to explain why.


Rice Crispy Treats because I just love them!!! I was making them since childhood and it's kind of a tradition that my family have.


 So tell me what you think I should do. Should I make brownies or rice crispy treats, or BOTH!

Bittersweet Final Day. Holday's have begun. (COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS.) Post.7

School is officially over,

 It ended on a high note though. I had the strongest performance I've ever had in that class. I guess now I can truly say that Theatre will actually be my major. I feel more comfortable acting then I do dancing and for some reason it feel more natural.

 After the day was over, Some of kind of lingered around the school for awhile and conversed. then we left;  Some had more finals, I had to leave.

 My feelings right now are bitter sweet. It was a challenging semester, but I loved every moment of it and if I had the chance to rewind and do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing.


 But now I can say my winter break has officially started which means, cooking, Holiday movie watching, and Grandma making the Banana Pudding !  I swear to you, the holiday's are not the holiday's until my Grandmother makes the banana pudding.  It's the most delicious dish I will ever eat on Christmas (this time Christmas Eve.)

Last final of this year. The malls are crazy. COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS. Post 6.

 The mall is somewhere I do not want to be after 1pm.


 Mainly because it gets super crowed and the lines are ridiculously long. Next time, I will try to get there when the mall opens.

 To be honest with you, accept for one other place, I'm pretty much done with my holiday shopping. There really wasn't too much I wanted so I just walk around  with my family  and watch them shop. I did buy this lotion from bath and body works. I'm not going to talk about it now because I'm doing a hair/skin care haul in a few days. (NOT CHRISTMAS.) So get ready for that (wink.)

 Tomorrow is the last final I have to take! I seriously can't believe I have even be in school tomorrow (i.e week of Christmas.) Yet, I am sad that I won't get to see classmates and friends as much as I did. Hopefully we can work something out over the long holiday break.  I definitely would take some time off from writing just to be with them.

Well everyone it's rather late so I'm going to bed. Hope everyone is having an amazing holiday season!

New Book, Wattpad. COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS!! Post 3.

Today was a rather slow day.


I just stayed home most of the day, then I got bored so I went to the library and rented some movies: Game of Thrones, Paul Blart Mall cop, and the Help.


 I'm writing the first chapter of  the book I'm putting on wattpad! I did change the name and I can now show you all  the cover of the book.

WINTER WONDERLAND

 

 This would have to be my favorite theme because you can do such much with this idea.
 First, the Disney movie "Frozen"  is popular right. you could have a frozen based party By dressing up like Elsa , Anna, or even the Olaf The snowman. Plus, you could have an ice castle cake, with snowflake cupcakes surrounding it, and have fake snow all over the ground.

 Or, if you're into ice skating, you could have a "ICE" party at an ice skating rink.


                                                 COOKIE PARTY

                                                    
      I really really love cookie parties.
  Have each person buy the cookie doe of their choice, you supply the sprinkles, icing, fruit, etc..
   While  baking, you could have some Christmas music playing or you could opt for a good movie.
 T.his kind of party I say is good for a small group so if you want to have a little party with your girlfriends, this would be  great.





                                                              COCKTAIL PARTY              

         Last but not least, the classic Cocktail Party.  If you want something more for Adults then a cocktail party is perfect.  Find a space that you could rent for a couple hours and decorate it the way you like. Have candles burning, and Christmas trees everywhere.
 Don't worry about  food because tonight, you found a great caterer for the whole night.

 This Kind of party also applies for "New Years."
